I didn’t write this to boast in our strengths, but to remind you that the God who created the earth also created you, and for whatever you have stirring in your heart, if He promises it, He will bring it to fruition in your life
We were deflated but not defeated and decided that even though it wasn’t enough for us, it could still be enough for someone else who needed it, and so we decided to give wherever there was a need.
Looking back, it was one of the most poignant moments in my life; an image of unity and love that would frame our mission years later.
Because inscription takes time and commitment. He is saying, I will not give up on you.
God is after a relationship with us, He wants to fellowship with us.
Will you be bold enough to trust Him when He says, “I believe in you, you can do it!”?
What Jesus did on the cross far outweighs any sin that you have ever committed, are committing or will commit. God’s forgiveness is there for us to accept into our lives.
When we are lost, it is not that God does not know where we are, it is just that we put ourselves in a position where we lose our confidence in who we are and we become vulnerable to the attack of the enemy.
When He said those words it was like a part of me was enlightened because then I knew- in that moment I understood that not only could He see me, He knew my pain, He knew my struggle.
If you are feeling worn out or you are carrying some heavy burdens, Jesus says, “Come to me…”.
