Enter His rest

Good morning!

I hope we all remembered to start our day with Jesus today.

Matthew 11:28 says, ”Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest”. Jesus’ offer still stands today. If you are feeling worn out or you are carrying some heavy burdens, Jesus says, “Come to me…”.

Even if you are not worn out or carrying any heavy burdens but you want to enter His rest, you can still go to Jesus to enter His rest. Jesus’ rest is a place where peace and grace abound. It is a place where mercy and love stand at the door and welcome you in. May we all enter His rest, for the yoke He gives us is easy to carry and His burden is light, (see Matthew 11:30).
