Is that a Father who sounds distant and mad or one who is so enamoured with His kids that He would give anything and everything for them?

Flawless

God is not keeping a record of your mistakes.

"Yet what honor you have given to men, created only a little lower than Elohim, crowned with glory and magnificence."

So we have all hurt Jesus one way or another yet God did not stop at just forgiveness, He reconciled us to Himself.

Do I blame God for it? No, but I sure am grateful for the times when the relief was immediate, and I trust Him when it is not.

He can't heal what we deny.

There is no amount of money that would make me want to go back to the time when I was terrified and could not sleep at night.

God is big on family.

On my own, I would have talked myself out of God’s promises and also talked myself into some very terrible situations.

Just because they failed also does not mean they did not hear from God.
