Stand firm.

God is steadfast, unshakable, unmovable and unchanging. Psalm 62:6 KJV says, “He only is my rock and my salvation: He is my defence; I shall not be moved“. Things around us are forever changing. However, in a world where the only constant thing is change, we are told that God is our rock and our salvation. When we stand on God’s word, we position ourselves such that we will not be moved by the rise and the fall of the tides. Only God is steadfast and as we learn to lean on Him, our faith will remain steadfast in Him and our hearts will remain turned towards Him. Let us plant our feet and stand firmly on our solid Rock, Jesus, as we progress through this week.
