Your path is lit.

Psalm 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path”.

I hope you had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas and the New Year. Christmas time can tend to be busy and you may have not had much time to hang out with God. My encouragement to you as we tackle the first week of the year is this: Seek the Lord your God. Find out from Him what His plans are for 2018. His thoughts are very different to our own.

I like to think of myself as a time efficient person so I don’t like to waste time. I hope this year we do not waste time doing the wrong thing when we can easily find out what the right thing is by seeking God and asking Him to light up our pathway through 2018.

Everyone’s path is different so you cannot blindly follow someone’s #goals. Seek God for yourself so you can get #Godgoals and #dailybread this year as you walk even more closely with Him than you did before. Let the peace of God guide you in all things. Whenever you are unsure, wait on Him.
